JUNIOR DESIGNER

Job Description

The PSU Center for Entrepreneurship seeks a Junior Graphic Designer to provide graphic design and administrative support for the Center for Entrepreneurship communications and development. Reporting to the Director of Student Innovation, the Junior Graphic Designer will work with the Center for Entrepreneurship staff to assist in creating compelling communications pieces for PSU Center for Entrepreneurship Internal and external audiences; and will assist in building relationships with alumni, students, and faculty to advance the Center’s vision of partnership, access, and community engagement.


COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Description

The PSU Center for Entrepreneurship seeks a Communications and Marketing Assistant. Reports to the Director of Student Innovation, the Marketing Assistant will work with staff to assist in the creation and implementation of the Center for Entrepreneurship communication and Marketing strategy; and will assist in building relationships with alumni, students, and faculty to advance the Center’s vision of partnership, access, and community engagement.


Event Planner

Part-time (.49 FTE)

Job Description

The PSU Center for Entrepreneurship invites applications for a part-time (.49 FTE), hourly Event Planner, to provide operations support to the Center for Entrepreneurship programs. This position reports to the Director of Student Innovation.

Work hours to be allocated to fit event needs and not exceed 1,039 hours in a fiscal year.

Responsible for overseeing the successful coordination and management of events for the Center for Entrepreneurship programs. This position will need to communicate with staff and vendors, make decisions regarding logistics, and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule.


Curriculum Developer

Part-time (.49 FTE)

The PSU Center for Entrepreneurship invites applications for a part-time (.49 FTE), Curriculum Developer for the Center for Entrepreneurship programs. Reports to the Director of Student Innovation.


Middle School STEM Program Assistant/Mentors

Job Description

The PSU Center for Entrepreneurship seeks a STEM Student Mentor to provide teaching and workshop Support. Reports to the Director of Student Innovation and will work with staff to assist with hands-on engineering activities for middle school students, inventory, and assets management related to the operation of the Center for Entrepreneurship programs. This position will specifically help the CE with commitments to the Verizon Innovation Learning camps. These programs include a tech-immersion summer camp for Middle School students plus year-round enrichment, pairing students with a mentor, proving hands-on experience in coding, robotics, augmented and virtual reality, 3D design and printing, and entrepreneurship.


Technical Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The PSU Center for Entrepreneurship seeks a Student Tech Support Assistant to provide technical support and trouble-shooting to middle school students participating in CE sponsored engineering camps. Reports to the Director of Student Innovation and will work with staff to manage inventory, shipping, distribution and assets management related to the operation of the Center for Entrepreneurship program. This position will specifically help the CE with commitments to the Verizon Innovation Learning camps. Family Outreach Coordinator
