  1. Scott Burns, Geology faculty emeritus, presented a talk on Jan. 15 at the annual meeting of the American Association of Geology Teachers held in Portland on “Terroir of Wine - Relationships of Geology, Climate and Grapes on flavors."
  2. John Hall, Economics faculty, presented the paper, “Gunnar Myrdal and Thomas Piketty on Inequality” at the annual conference of the American Economic Association, held January 6-8 in New Orleans. 
  3. Jon Holt, World Languages and Literatures faculty, presented a paper titled, “How to Read Stasis, Stillness, and Silence in Manga: Kamimura Kazuo’s ‘Co-Habitation Age’,” on Jan. 17 at the Graphic Narratives: Thinking through Visual Research conference at the National University of Singapore.
  4. Marta Stelmaszak Rosa, Business faculty, presented “What Flows Through Data Infrastructures: Blockages, Bends, and Bottlenecks in Sharing Gender Data Between Institutions” at International Conference on Information Systems 2022 from Dec. 9-12 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
