Having LEED Building Design and Construction certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Professional Engineer (PE) certifications for the state of Oregon, Quinn brings leadership and experience to the team. Quinn oversees not only the technical services group but also supports the department on major and minor construction projects. He upholds the PSU design standards for construction, performs in-house design, and manages construction projects.
