Teams will be judged on the application and the short pitch and Q&A session. Judges will look for the potential for the team to solve a tangible problem using a creative solution as well as their ability to create a prototype within 90 days.
After the 90 day project period, judges will assess the teams' progress and final prototype demonstration and presentation. They will look for the clarity of benefits with regard to the environment and resources as well as the probability of commercialization.
Final presentations should include quantifiable metrics such as amount of carbon emissions reduced at scale, resources saved, pounds of materials upcycled and efficiency gains.
