PSU Economics Department Hosted Faculty-Led Potluck

On December 3rd, the economics faculty, staff, and students celebrated the end of the quarter with a potluck! There were samosas, spring rolls, split pea soup, pecan pie, mushroom cous-cous, green beans, Basque Burnt Cheesecake, and many more wonderful dishes!
