Ron Mansolilli (MHR, MBA) joined Portland State University in 2021 to serve as the Director of the Veterans Resource Center. Ron brings over 20 years of experience in cultural integration, administration, and organizational development with extensive focus on supporting, mentoring, and counseling veterans, active-duty military, and their families. He has led organizations and worked in communities around the world, including the U.S., Asia, Europe, and the Middle-East. His intense focus on military communities and veterans in creating cultures of support and inclusivity has garnered multiple awards throughout his career.
Ron completed his undergraduate degree at San Diego State University, and his graduate work in Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma. After transitioning from the military in 2016, he relocated from the Middle-East to Portland with his family, where he attended Portland State University and completed an MBA. Ron’s deep commitment to Veterans stems from his own extensive service/experiences, and especially by the challenges faced by veterans re-integrating back into society after military service. For him, giving back and advocating for those who served, in any capacity, is an honor and privilege.
