PSU’s Government and Community Relations unit (GCR), located in the Office of the President, coordinates the university’s legislative and advocacy efforts at the federal, state, and local levels by building and strengthening relationships with campus partners, community organizations, and business leaders. Our mission is to build and strengthen relationships with the university's constituencies and encourage investment in and support for the university, its programs, and its initiatives. Working closely with staff, faculty, and students, we identify opportunities to highlight research, grow programming, and facilitate connections with policymakers and other stakeholders.
