  1. Katherine Friedman, Counselor Education, published an article titled “Effective Vocational Rehabilitation Services for Transition-Aged Youth: Lessons from the Literature” in the Rehabilitation Counseling Bulletin.
  2. Martín Alberto Gonzalez, Chicano/Latino Studies faculty, published his book “Why You Always So Political?: The Experiences and Resiliencies of Mexican/Mexican American/Xicanx Students in Higher Education.”
  3. Janet Hamilton, Raymond Johnson, and John Eckroth, Business faculty, had their paper “Critical Thinking Skills in the Accounting Curriculum,” published in Journal of Theoretical Accounting Research.
  4. Susan Kirtley, English faculty, delivered the keynote address at the International Comic Arts Forum on April 20 at the University of British Columbia.
  5. Jack Straton, Physics and University Studies faculty, had one of his photographs chosen to be part of Golden: 50 and Over Show from June 2-30 at Las Laguna Gallery in Laguna Beach, California.
