NPCC Senior Fellows Program

Senior fellows are practitioners, professionals or researchers who have demonstrated considerable experience within their fields, and who would like to focus on applying the principles of collaborative governance in a specific area under the umbrella of NPCC. Senior fellows advance innovations, build collaborative expertise they can take back to their organization, contribute to NPCC knowledge and experience and help deepen the understanding of collaborative practice. They build capacity for collaborative governance among leaders and communities, and work to advance equity.

Senior fellows are primarily self funded through their own grants or agency. NPCC will contribute a small amount of funding for the work of senior fellows, on a case-by-case basis, when the fellow’s work advances NPCC’s mission, builds collaborative capacity, and advances equity.

To learn more about being an NPCC fellow, contact us at (503) 725-9092 or npccdesk@pdx.edu.
