  1. Marly Roncken, Computer Science faculty, received a $120,000 grant from the Mayo Clinic for the research “Computing Systems Based on the Link Joint Paradigm [Ron 15]". 
  2. Dara Shifrer, Sociology faculty, co-wrote and will serve as the Co-Investigator / STEM DEI expert on a $249,863 award from the Sloan Foundation, Sloan Centers for Systemic Change (SCSC), a program aimed at helping recruit more Indigenous, Black, and Latine doctoral students to PSU’s natural and physical sciences departments.
