PSU awards Latin honors for undergraduate students only. To qualify, students must have at least 72 credits at PSU, 60 of which must be taken for differentiated grades (not Pass/No Pass). Only PSU credits will be used in this calculation. The honors levels for the ceremony are calculated based on coursework completed through Winter 2009.

Honors are awarded as follows:

Summa cum laude 3.90 to 4.00

Magna cum laude 3.80 to 3.89

Cum laude 3.67 to 3.79

Eligible students will be invited to a special reception ceremony in June, 2010.  Qualifying students will be invited to the event in late May or early June.
