Service description
Information security is a shared responsibility across the PSU community. To help increase awareness, OIT’s Security Team offers multiple security training services to students, faculty, and staff to identify risks to data and information technology and provide them with the skills and knowledge necessary to avoid and mitigate those risks. For faculty, staff and student employees training modules via KnowBe4 are available.

By default, all faculty, staff and students are granted access to the KnowBe4 training platform available at https://training.knowbe4.com/ui/login
Custom security training sessions for units and individuals are also available upon request, and can include topics such as:
- Phishing awareness
- Incident response and indicators of compromise
- Data security and compliance
- Best practices for teleworking
- Cyber hygiene
- Risk management
