Changes to OIT Helpdesk Support

Starting Wednesday March 18, the OIT Helpdesk will no longer be offering in-person support due to the coronavirus/COVID-19 response.

Our teams will continue to provide the PSU community with multiple options for technology support: online through the PSU Help Center at go.pdx.edu/help, by phone, through chat, and by appointment through remote desktop. Visit OIT Helpdesk Support for details.
