  1. Jola Ajibade, geography faculty, co-authored “Managed Retreat and Environmental Justice in a Changing Climate” in the journal of Environmental Studies and Sciences.
  2. Paula Carder, OHSU-PSU School of Public Health and Institute on Aging director, published “Staff Reports of Behavioral Expressions of Persons with Dementia in 250 Assisted Living Communities” in The Gerontologist.
  3. Sarah Dys PhD ’21, Jaclyn Winfree, Institute on Aging research analyst, and Paula Carder, OHSU-PSU School of Public Health and Institute on Aging director, co-authored “Coronavirus Disease 2019 Regulatory Response in United States-Assisted Living Communities: Lessons Learned” in Frontiers in Public Health. 
  4. Brian Janssen, faculty athletics representative and director of student organization advising, presented to an audience of more than 700 people at the NCAA National Convention in January. This presentation focused on student-athlete strategies for life after sports during COVID-19. Janssen co-presented on student-athlete identity development and transitioning to life after sports in a national seminar with the NCAA and Faculty Athletics Representatives Association on May 3.

  6. Jennifer K. Peterson, University Honors College, published “A Real-Time Search Strategy for Finding Urban Disease Vector Infestations” in Epidemiologic Methods.
  7. Carolyn Quam, speech and hearing sciences faculty, published “Impacts of Acoustic-Phonetic Variability on Perceptual Development for Spoken Language: A Review” in WIREs Cognitive Science.
