About This Course
CEPE is joining together with PROSCI to offer a deeply reduced rate on PROSCI Change Management certification; this opportunity is currently available to alumni who have successfully completed any of CEPE’s certificate programs, or current PSU faculty/staff members. The discounted rate is $3,500 (normally $4,500).
PROSCI offers a 3-day experiential learning program that provides the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive change initiatives using PROSCI’s change management methodology and the ADKAR ® model. Participants will apply theory to actual projects, gain the support of a cohort of peers, and receive feedback from expert instructors.
