As an avid mindfulness practitioner, Dr. Von is intentional about creating safe spaces, fostering engagement, piquing intellectual curiosity, and cultivating community within the classroom to facilitate deep learning and connection to content. She holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Psychology, an MA in Human Performance Improvement, and a BS in Management & Organizational Leadership.
