She is the Founder & Managing Principal of People Optimize Partners, a virtual global consulting firm specializing in HR Transformation, Rewards and Performance, Organization Effectiveness, and Interim HR Leadership to mid-to-large-sized businesses. She has experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, wood products, professional and financial services, energy, munitions, and nonprofits.
Tammi served in the United States Air Force and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
