ricci eX is a long-time racial justice worker, a sociology instructor, DE&I facilitator, and currently a Statewide Pathways to Opportunity Project Coordinator at Portland Community College where they have worked closely with the Office of Equity and Inclusion. ricci’s interests and strengths include cross-cultural collaboration, curriculum development, authentic leadership, and an emerging interpersonal neurobiology perspective on being human, human relationships, and social change.
ricci has an M.S. in Sociology and M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from Portland State University and certifications and training in Black Studies, Addiction Studies, Foundations of Interpersonal Neurobiology, Integral Centered Leadership, and Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork.
