Paul Demetter is a Human Resource professional with a combined experience in store operations, merchandising, sales and marketing, and logistics primarily within the retail area of business, and has worked for multiple companies. Within the area of HR, he has led teams in learning and development, compensation, benefits, associate relations, recruiting, and performance management.
He holds a master’s degree from Central Michigan University with a concentration in Human Resources, and a bachelor of science Degree from Brigham Young University with a major in Business Management and minors in Accounting and Economics. He received certification with the Society for Human Resource Management as well as Langevin Learning Development. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries – Denver, Colorado.
Paul is the author of four books. He and his wife Gena live in Mooresville, NC, and are the parents of four children. His hobbies include writing, reading, and international travel, and he currently spends time teaching a course to high school juniors and seniors.
