Nicole L. Harris is a passionate and enthusiastic DEI and Higher Education practitioner with over 15 years of Workforce Development and Professional Development and Training experience. She is serving as Director of Student Equity and Inclusion at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington. In her administrative role, Nicole leads the Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion by employing a collaborative work culture and is responsible for constructing, implementing, and scaling Equitable Student Success programs. She has also worked in non-profit, private, and corporate sectors in Program and Project Management.
Nicole holds a bachelor’s in Human Development and a Master’s degree in Management of Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific University. She has experience developing and facilitating conference workshops at the local and national levels. Nicole has trained on a host of subject areas that include Career Development, DEI, Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning, Social and Economic Justice and Criminal Justice reform.
