Maria Grzanka is a principal consultant with Lean Portland and Quantum Leaders. She has 20 years of experience in process improvement and operations leadership, including working for XPO Logistics, Vestas, and Tektronix. Maria earned her Black Belt in Lean Sigma and has led dozens of kaizen projects since. These experiences led her to Con-way Freight, where she helped launch Lean in over 200 facilities of an integrated transportation network.
Maria is committed to guiding her students toward a deeper understanding of their capacity for improvement and to support them as they step into that capacity, one change at a time. She earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Integrated Supply Chain Management.
