Dr. Keely Killpack is an executive change management and organization design expert with a talent for aligning operations with strategy, engaging leaders at all levels, and maximizing employee performance. Keely has customized actionable and tactical change adoption plans for clients of all sizes and has worked in most industries, including healthcare, finance, retail, government, technology, and academia. Dr. Killpack holds a BA in Psychology from Southern Oregon University and an MA and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. She is also a founding member of the global Association for Change Management Professionals and its local Pacific Northwest chapter.
