Judy Sebastian holds a dual specialization in organizational culture and health and safety management. She is the Principal Consultant at Apex Global Consultants (Portland, OR) and Senior Advisor at Apex Food Consultants (Dubai, UAE). She has supported the advancement of employee and executive development strategies for businesses across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Equipped with over ten years of experience in co-creating diverse and inclusive workplaces, she is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences with a DEI lens.
Judy holds a BS in Biotechnology, an MS in Industrial Biotechnology, and a professional certificate in Diversity and Inclusion. When she is not consulting or facilitating workshops, she immerses herself in art and literature. Judy is the first Keralite (South Indian) to self-publish in Oregon. Her debut book, Incomplete Maps, is a compilation of her poetry and illustrations with a focus on self-discovery and introspection.
