With over 10 years of business experience, Jillian Thayer has served organizations across multiple industries specializing in retail, utilities, government, insurance, and hospitality. Jillian has a B.S. in International Business from Cal Poly Humboldt, and an MBA from the Hult International Business School- Shanghai campus. She also holds a PROSCI Change Management certification. With her experiences in independent contracting, management consulting, and industry-specific roles, combined with teaching, coaching, and workshop facilitation engagements, Jillian has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw on for teaching workshops and courses.
