Jennifer received her MBA from Portland State University and a coaching certificate from Rutgers University Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance. She currently serves leaders in all industries as an executive coach, facilitator, and team coach. Her focus is on the intersection of collaboration, individual achievement, and business results.

She partners with the Talence Group, an executive search consulting firm with a global reach, to identify and retain top talent.
