Carolyn Niehaus works as a senior leadership and organizational development consultant with MetaSkills Consulting Group Inc., a Portland-based organization that supports leaders making transformational changes. Previously, Carolyn worked with Leverage Networks on the publication of the electronic periodical The New Systems Thinker and has incorporated systems thinking into the development of leadership and experiential education training.
Carolyn holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Rochester, an MBA from Portland State University, and a certificate in Computer Modeling in System Dynamics from Portland State University.
