Calette Fedewa is the Customer Experience Operations Manager at Daimler Trucks North America. She brings over 25 years of operational, continuous improvement, project management, and customer experience to her work in the transportation industry. She has a passion for solving complex problems and leading teams through transformational change to achieve strategic goals.

Calette graduated from Marylhurst University with a BS in Business Management and earned a Strategic Organizational Management Certificate from PSU. She also is a Certified Project Management Professional, Change Management Practitioner, Scrum Product Owner, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
