Audra Hedberg has been an HR professional for over 16 years working in a variety of industries including service, healthcare, and manufacturing. For the majority of her career, she led a team of HR professionals and ran the busy day-to-day function of Human Resources. She is currently a Sr. Compliance Consultant for Trüpp HR, where she focuses her efforts on advising clients on regulatory compliance matters, authoring employment policies and handbooks, and contributing to client consulting activities. She has a passion for compliance and enjoys providing guidance under various federal and multi-state employment laws in a relaxed style that is easy to understand.
Audra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources from Portland State University and has received her PHR, PHRca, and SHRM-CP professional certifications.
