Ashunta Thornton is a passionate and enthusiastic HR Total Rewards practitioner with over 14 years of military and civilian human resources experience. She is serving as the Senior Compensation Analyst for Vacasa’s (Portland, OR) domestic and global operations, the leading full-service vacation rental management company in North America. She has experience in a variety of industries including banking, healthcare, hospitality technology, and nonprofit organizations.
Ashunta served in the United States Army Reserve and is currently serving in the United States Air Force Reserve. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Management from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University. Ashunta’s certifications include a Society of Human Resources (SHRM), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
