Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Amanda Zimmerman works with organizations all over the world to make their processes better, safer, faster, cheaper, and more efficient. She spent a decade working with Oil and Gas companies in Angola and the US conducting Lean Transformations and improvements in both maintenance and logistics. In the last four years, she has begun working with nonprofits and software organizations in the Pacific Northwest to reduce downtime time and improve internal processes. Always with an eye for adventure, Amanda also worked for the logistics department at McMurdo Station in Antarctica.

Amanda has her BA in History from California State University- Bakersfield, and trained with Variance Reduction International to earn her LSS Master Black Belt. Amanda also holds a Global MBA from Imperial College of London where she took a particular interest in the curriculum on Sustainability.
