Allison Brown, M.A., SHRM-SCP, GPHR is a leadership development, human capital, and global program management professional with over 20+ years of experience. She has facilitated collaborative decision making, empowered teams to achieve more, and served as a catalyst to create positive, long-term impact for organizational teams.
As an instructor for CEPE, Allison brings her entrepreneurial spirit balanced with practical experience in order to provide opportunities that are innovative and highly productive. She coaches, teaches, and consults to create high-performance environments that directly impact the mission of the culture and the bottom line. Allison has worked in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, specializing in strategic planning, and project and program management with ERP implementation experience. Other specialties include change management, instructional design and facilitation, leadership and employee development, strategic human resources, team building, and coaching. She shares in the thought leadership community by speaking at conferences and volunteering as a career and LinkedIn coach.
Allison earned her MPA from Portland State University and has current certifications through Prosci as a Change Practitioner, HR Certification Institute (HRCI), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Association for Talent Development (ATD).
