Banner
Banner is the secure database that stores PSU information and records located at banner.pdx.edu.
University employees can request or modify Banner access by doing the following:
1. Go to banweb.pdx.edu.
2. Log in using your Odin Username and Odin Password.
3. Select Banner Access Menu.
4. Select Banner Access Request Form.
5. Complete the form as directed by your department.
After submitting the form, email notices are sent to each required departmental approver who will use Banner Workflow to review, modify, deny, or approve the request. Approvers may designate other people to serve as proxies on their behalf using the guide
Assigning eBAR Proxies.
If you are approved for Banner access, you will be notified by email. After you have received this confirmation, complete the following steps:
1. Go to oam.pdx.edu and log in with your Odin Username and Odin Password.
2. Select Change Password.
3. Select the check box and enter a new password, which must be at least one character different than your current password.
4. Go to banner.pdx.edu.
5. Log in using your Odin Username and new Odin Password.
