2 May -  First lecture at PSU, evening, Ramen Noodles and Onigiri: Mundane Japanese Foods that Comfort You, Professor Satomi Fukutomi, Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey  (Free and open to the public)  

3 May - Saké Education Dinner (CellarZ - Burnside), Zupan’s (Admission fee and advance reservation required)  

5 May -   Open House at Saké One, Forest Grove (Free and open to the public)  

10 May - Luxury Saké Dinner (CellarZ - Burnside), Zupan’s  (Admission fee and advance reservation required)  

11-12 May - Open House at St. Cousair (Kuze Fuku), Newberg. (10am - 4pm each day; Free and open to the public)
St. Cousair celebrates 8 years in the Newberg community, bringing Japanese traditional flavors to American consumers through its Kuze Fuku and Sons brand. Special events and demonstration sessions will be offered both days during the open house. St. Cousair is located at 8951 NE St Paul Hwy, Newberg, Oregon.
