2 May - First lecture at PSU, evening, Ramen Noodles and Onigiri: Mundane Japanese Foods that Comfort You, Professor Satomi Fukutomi, Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey (Free and open to the public)
3 May - Saké Education Dinner (CellarZ - Burnside), Zupan’s (Admission fee and advance reservation required)
5 May - Open House at Saké One, Forest Grove (Free and open to the public)
10 May - Luxury Saké Dinner (CellarZ - Burnside), Zupan’s (Admission fee and advance reservation required)
11-12 May - Open House at St. Cousair (Kuze Fuku), Newberg. (10am - 4pm each day; Free and open to the public)
St. Cousair celebrates 8 years in the Newberg community, bringing Japanese traditional flavors to American consumers through its Kuze Fuku and Sons brand.
