Information for Sponsors Sponsored Student Programs works directly with sponsoring organizations to: Facilitate admissions inquiries and new short-term program requests. Provide academic progress updates on a quarterly or annual basis. Answer questions about the Third Party Billing process. Connect with departments as needed throughout the campus. Arrange for campus visits and tours. Sponsor Student Fee An administrative charge of $200 per quarter the student is enrolled will be included on the sponsor's invoice. This fee is mandatory and allows us to continue offering dedicated service for sponsoring organizations and their students.
