Our mission at the Office of International Student and Scholar Services (OISSS) is to facilitate and support international academic and cultural exchange, and to advance the campus goals for Global Excellence. To support PSU faculty and staff, OISSS has created a new, separate site to provide you with all the information you need to host or hire an international scholar or employee.
