  1. Sarah Dys, Institute on Aging faculty, hosted and moderated a podcast episode on “How Differential State and Federal Policies in Long-Term Care Influence the Staffing Crisis” in a three-episode series focused on long-term care workforce in the United States hosted by the Gerontological Society of America. 
  2. Clive Knights, Architecture faculty, was selected as a finalist for the Boynes Emerging Artist Award 7th Edition and interviewed on the award's website.
  3. Katie Sinback, film office coordinator, had an essay, “I Was Never Here,” named a Notable Essay in The Best American Essays 2022.
  4. Jack Straton, Physics and University Studies faculty, had two of his photographs chosen to be part of NightVisions 2022, an international joint show of all fine art media, from April 7-30 at Coconino Center for the Arts in Flagstaff, Arizona.
  5. Ozcan Tunalilar, Urban Studies and Planning and Institute on Aging faculty, was recently featured as an expert on assisted living staffing challenges in a podcast titled “What Keeps Me Awake at Night: Moral Distress in Long-Term Care Employees” by the Gerontological Society of America.
