The role of the departments within Planning, Construction and Real Estate is to help plan, develop and manage the University's real estate. Every day, keys are made and issued, light bulbs are replaced, equipment is repaired, heating or cooling is adjusted, transportation passes are issued, mail is delivered, space planning is managed and employees are shown how to help decrease PSU's environmental footprint. High quality work is performed all across campus in a professional non-obtrusive manner so learning, teaching and research can occur without interruption and in a comfortable environment.
