Care Ethics Research Consortium

About the 2018 Care Ethics Research Consortium (CERC) Conference

The Care Ethics Research Consortium (CERC) is a worldwide, interdisciplinary community committed to the robust exploration and advancement of care ethics. The first CERC conference theme is Care Ethics and Precarity, and it will be hosted by Portland State University. Precarity is a rich and widely contested term that can describe a variety of oppressive circumstances.  The conference will have two Keynote Speakers: Dr. Eva Feder Kittay and Dr. Fiona Robinson.  The conference takes place on Thursday September 27 and Friday September 28.
