Enterprise CMS Training

Registering for a Training Session

You can use this page to register for upcoming trainings offered by the Web Communications Team, including Intro to the Enterprise CMS (formerly referred to as Intro to Drupal). 

Please note that you have to be logged into an Google Account to register for the trainings. If you get an error message when trying to register, please login to with your Odin information, then return to this page.  

Register for Intro to the Enterprise CMS or Syndication Training

Intro to the Enterprise CMS is the required training for you to be able to access and modify the content on your department's Enterprise site.

Syndication is the required training for you to be able to access and modify PSU's Syndicated Content (the news, events, and profiles at the bottom of every page as well as the FAQs).  

Follow these instructions to register for one or both trainings:

  1. Select the event listing on the training calendar
  2. Click on "Register for this course" link in the event description. 
  3. Fill out and submit the registration form
    1. You will automatically receive a confirmation email with your registration information. 
    2. If you ever need to update or cancel your registration, please email 
  4. Select the "copy to my calendar" link to add the event you're attending to your Google Calendar.

If you are unable to view the calendar, you can instead view the training schedule in its own browser.    

1:1 Appointments 

Schedule a 1:1 appointment to get training on columns (grids) in the Enterprise CMS, Google Analytics, Siteimprove reports, or data tables.

You can also schedule a 1:1 appointment if you have already taken Intro to the Enterprise CMS or Syndication and would like some one-on-one assistance with the program. These appointments do not replace the Intro to the Enterprise CMS or Syndication classes, though. You must take the general course if you need initial training on the Enterprise CMS or Syndication. 

Register for a 1:1 appointment

  1. Check the 1:1 Appointments Calendar for available dates and times.
    1. Click on the desired 1:1 Appointment slot. 
    2. Click Save.   
  2. Complete the 1:1 Intake Form (also linked to in the Appointment Description). 
  3. Come to the appointment.
