Service description

The Zoom Classroom Technical Assistant (Zoom TA) service provides a pre-scheduled, dedicated support technician who supports instructors with classroom management, including: 

  • Co-hosting
  • Live Zoom troubleshooting
  • Chat coordination 
  • Waiting rooms 
  • Breakout rooms

Service details

Prior to the start of a course, an OIT technician will consult with the instructor to plan support expectations, and to ensure all the needed technology is configured for their course. 

A technician is then scheduled to attend some or all class sessions (either in-person or remote) to provide support and help troubleshoot issues with technology.
