In addition to conducting data collection in schools and early learning settings. Her experience also includes coordinating with community stakeholders.

Prior to her career in research she played a role as a mentor and counselor to children, youth, and young adults in school settings providing mental health and support services in public and international programs. She works with these experiences through her research to assist in the evaluation and subsequent improvement of systems and programs that impact children and families.

Areas of Interest: Coordinating early childhood systems, improving equitable practices, and community-based participatory research.
