Not only was Rossina recently granted a full-boat award for a PhD at Carnegie-Mellon, but she also learned an article she submitted has been accepted for publication by the Journal of Language, Identity & Education (JLIE). The title of the paper is "Investigating the Needs of Foreign Language Learners of Tuvan", emerging from her concern for the Tuvan language. She'd worked on some of the ideas in Endangered Languages, developed it into a paper in ERW (Empirical Research Writing), and revised it with the help of Alissa Hartig. Congratulations to Rossina!
