My name is Helen Baykan. I am currently a second-year graduate student in PSU’s Master of Public Administration program specializing in Natural Resources Policy and Administration. I am also a Student Fellow of the Institute for Sustainable Solutions and Portland Climate Action Collaborative intern at City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS). I am passionate about all things sustainability, but I have a particular interest in climate change, pollution, and environmental justice.
