Research to Action: Ecosystem Services
Friday, October 17, 2014 - 10:00am

Join the PSU Institute for Sustainable Solutions on October 17 for a Research to Action Symposium on Ecosystem Services.

The Research to Action Symposium is an opportunity for researchers, practitioners, and community members to share their work in five-minute, lightning-round presentations. The event allows attendees the chance to hear about and inform our collective work on ecosystem services, the benefits to society provided by nature.

While we want to hear from all potential presenters, we are particularly interested in hearing about ecosystem services research and work pertaining to:

  • The urban context
  • Nature and health
  • Ethics and values

When: Friday, October 17, 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. | Lunch will be provided
Where: Portland State University, Smith Memorial Student Union, Room 238 (Browsing Lounge)

The deadline to submit a proposal to present has passed.
