Portland State researcher Karen Cellarius talks with Think Out Loud's Dave Miller about how she'll be evaluating a $2.5 million dollar grant recently awarded to nonprofit Outside In, which primarily focuses on homeless youth.  Karen works in the Regional Research Institute, a unit of the School of Social Work at PSU.  The grant will enable it to triple the number of youth who get counseling and other services. Also interviewed are a client, Makaya Caldwell, and Outside In’s clinical services manager, Amanda Atenucci.
