Lisa currently teaches at Portland State University as an Adjunct in the School of Architecture. She has taught both first- and second-year studio classes. In addition to teaching, Lisa is the Business Director for Young Design Studio. Her portfolio includes numerous residential design projects in Oregon, Washington and California. Prior to Young Design Studio, Lisa worked with SRG Partnership in Portland working on higher education and laboratory buildings. Her clients at SRG included the University of Oregon Business School, National Forestry Service, University of Puget Sound, University of California at Davis Veterinary Hospital and Genentech.

She has previously held the position of NW and Pacific Regional Associate AIA Director, which includes Oregon; Washington; Idaho; Montana; Alaska; Hawaii; Guam; Japan; and Hong Kong. She also was the Associate AIA Director
in Portland for four years. Lisa has participated in Architects in Schools and is currently Chair of the Beach School Foundation for Beach School located in North Portland.
