Immigration Clinic

Immigration Clinic Consultations:

Student Legal Services contracts with two local, private immigration attorneys who provide FREE confidential immigration consultations to eligible fee-paying students and their immediate family members (which includes parents, children, siblings and significant others).

Immigration attorneys Kim Le and Renee Cummings are on campus each week to answer basic immigration questions including questions about adjusting status, marital issues, immigration consequences of criminal convictions, employment based immigration, and family based immigration questions.

Student Legal Services provides only referral services for immigration issues. The immigration attorneys utilize the physical space at Student Legal Services for consultations. They are not Student Legal Services attorneys, but are local private attorneys contracted by Student Legal Services to provide consultations on immigration issues to eligible Portland State University students.

Space is limited and fills up quickly so call our office today to make an appointment.

Please visit Diversity and Multicultural Student Services' website for Dreamers, which has information regarding admissions, tuition, and scholarships for students.
