Berrin Erdogan, Business faculty, was presenter in Organizational Behavior Doctoral Consortium and HR Division Late Ph.D. Consortium. She also presented the papers "Implications of Perceived Overqualification for Employee's Close Social Ties" and "Leader-Member Exchange Social Comparison as a Mediator of the Effects of Relative Overqualification" at the annual meeting of the Academy of Management in Chicago, Aug. 10-14.
