I've re-contracted for University Housing, but then changed my mind. What are the policies for canceling my contract BEFORE my new contract begins?

If you need to cancel your contract prior to check-in for Summer and/or Fall term 2009 and wish to receive a full refund of your advance payment; your written, faxed, or emailed notice of cancellation must be received by the University Housing Office no later than June 5, 2009.

First Year Experience, and Global Village residents may not cancel their contract in winter or spring term without paying a buy-out fee, unless they have been granted an approved cancellation from the University Housing Office. (please see the FAQ "What counts as an approved cancellation?")
