James Pond is the Founder and CEO of Transitions, an organization restoring the lives of young girls rescued from sex trafficking through the power of a dream. Transitions operates innovative and holistic programs for survivors that have gained international attention for their professionalism, pioneering spirit, and success. James completed his Master’s degree at Fuller Theological Seminary, while doing extensive research on global slavery issues, and has consulted on anti trafficking projects in Indonesia, Greece, India and the United States. James serves as an Adviser to the National Women's Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation (NWCAVE) and the Abolition International Shelter Association (AISA).
